At DaVinci Wellness Centre, we offer a multitude of Fitness Services including: Cardiac Rehabilitation, Personal Training, Injury Rehabilitation, Injury Strengthening and Weight Management. Alongside these Fitness Services, we have an on-site Kinesiologist who provides you with optimized movement within your treatment plan.
Personal Training
DaVinci Wellness Centre is happy to provide Personal Training Services! With our Personal Training Program, our Certified Fitness Trainers help you to achieve your fitness goals with a customized workout. In this customized workout, our Trainers provide exercises that target those looking for Strength Training, Enhance your Flexibility, Core Building, Aerobic Endurance Training or even exercises to build your quality of life.
We provide many methods to help you reach your goals including: One-on-one training, group training, and online video exercise sessions. Our Personal Trainers provide you with a customized program to help keep you motivated and provide you with the support needed to reach your goals.
Initial Consultation
Before you get your exercise program, we require clients to complete an Initial Consultation. Our Certified Personal Trainer and our On-Site Health Providers may conduct tests and will ask questions to provide us with information that is crucial in the creation of your custom-made program. This helps us ensure your safety within our program as well. The information provided gives us an idea of your limits, fitness fears, and helps us create a safe environment for you to reach your fitness goals.
Follow-Up Appointment
Once you have completed your Initial Consultation, your Certified Personal Trainer will work hand-in-hand with our Kinesiologist. Together, they will develop a program that will help you reach your goals. Your Fitness Provider will have the ability to change your program at any point in time if you are unable or uncomfortable with the program that has been created for you. Your Personal Trainer will consistently provide you with progress reports, support/coach you through your exercise routines and give you with feedback throughout your program.
